It has been a good couple of months for our organization. Starting back in March we got the approval from the Town of Waukesha board to move forward with our plans for developing land off of Hwy 164/59. A big victory for us since this is where we have been stopped in the past. Then a couple of months later we closed the deal on the land allowing us to start selling the lots which has gone along pretty well up to this point. We are starting to see the horizon of this project taking shape and some clearer views of the future are starting to develop. We have gained a good bit of momentum here and we really want to keep it going in that direction. We have sold a couple of lots but still need to sell a couple more here before we can begin to break ground on the fields. I know one of the major concerns for some of you is that you wanted to purchase a lot but did not have the cash in hand to do so and most banks nowadays are not giving loans out for land. Well we found one that does. Citizens Bank of Mukwonago has agreed to step up and help any interested parties in financing for these lots. I have attached a sheet from them explaining what they can do for you. If you like what you see there I have been allowed to give you the name of the man who can directly help you. It is very important that we try and get these last few lots sold ASAP so we can get the grass planted and get playing on these fields ASAP. If you know of anyone interested please pass this information on to them as well. With the circle of people that we know as an organization I am sure we can get this goal done by the end of the month.
